The Ares Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Association was created by a group of friends that value friendships and principals before business. We agree that in the end of our journey, our friends and family are the ones that will be by our side; not business relationships, which tend to end when the interest is gone.

Ares Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Association starts today with approximately 17 associations around the globe and many more to come. We want to make sure that you are a good fit for us, and most importantly that we are the best fit for you. A body will never work properly if a member doesn't fit or vice-versa.

We don't want just associations, we want new family members.

Muay Lao is a traditional unarmed martial art from Laos. It is similar to Muay Thai from Thailand. Most Muay Lao fighters have been taught traditions from generation to generation. It incorporates punches, kicks, elbows and knee strikes. No matter where the fight ends or begins this is one way to protect yourself with different strikes and multiple defenses.

This class is built on making you a better athlete whether your training to fight, compete in any event, or just want to get into better shape this class is going to push you to get better at all the things you need to do to get the results you’re looking for. Come train like a champion and get everything you want out of your body, mind, and soul.

We offer after school pickups to our students from all major schools located in the Plant City area allowing parents the freedom to get your kids to class on time, no worries and no hassles. We are proud to say our students have all had improvements to their school studies and work ethic because we believe that school comes first. Allow us to help you and your children become great martial artists, citizens, and respectful individuals on and off the mat!

Welcome to our Summer camp where spots are limited and are going fast! We are one of the best programs around. Here, your children are getting MMA classes, which will keep them active over the summer, weekly field trips to some of the top amusement parks in Central Florida, daily trips to local parks and pools, and most importantly the best care for your child outside of yourself. We only have 11 spots for summer camp, so please inquire and move fast!
